Marvel's Captian Marvel vs DC's Captian Marvel

Ok who will win this one I know who you think would actually win? Ok the son of the Original Captian Marvell Genis-vell vs The Captian Marvel.

I dont know enough about DC's captain marvel. All i know about him is that he's powered by magic, and he is to magic what superman is to strength.
But Genis was a god for a short while, and he created the current marvel universe.

I think genis would probably win
