Hmm. Perhaps like an African plains-type place with oases and stuff of that sort. :😖hrug:: I think it'd be cool. It's all I could think of that we haven't seen.

Though in the EU there are some worlds that are pretty cool. Their names escape me but one is a planet of "gelatinous pools" and another has "shallow oceans." The latter was in a recent Clone Wars comic I believe. Those would be interesting.
