Thor's annoyed that Lex is using his name (sorta) and has challanged him to a battle.

Luthor get's all the Avengers info on Thor and 3 months to prepare something, then they fight in the desert where Lex only has what he takes with him (no extra super help allowed)

Can Lex do anything even with this much prep time?

Thor is like Superman without the Kryptonite weakness.You can throw him a Nuclear Bomb and he'll survive it.You can unleash against him and uber strong guy, but if he has to use only his mind and resources, Luthor is doomed.

Given 3 months, Luthor would have all the information he needs to keep himself alive. Blackmail is like Luthor's favorite hobby.

Anyone Thor's ever cared for would be under hired watch. Better believe Bullseye, Deadpool(considered a hero sometimes, but remember, he's a mercenary, so he is fair game), and a whole shitload of others that Lex can hire would be keeping tabs on the humans and lesser heros that Thor cares for, while having a small remote handy to set off the nuclear bombs he had his hired supervillans plant all around the Avengers hideout. He'd have bankrupted Stark Industries, bought the company, and taken all the information on the Ironman tech. to have his top scientists build him an army of men in Ironman armor, and probably give new models to his hired supervillans.

Thor would never lay a finger on him.

Lex can't fight hand to hand worth a shit, but he's never out of options. He's got more money/power/influence than God, and knows how to use it.

Seeing New York is almost wiped out by the IM, Thor will unleash a Storm so powerful that for the IM would be difficult to fly, multiple thunders will be falling from the sky, Thor will fight near to Warrior Madness state, and blast with GodForce most of his opponent, and finally wipe the Stark Enterprises headquarters killing Luthor in the process

Wtf, nukes are remote controlled, the bombs would go off before they disarmed them.

And deadpool and bullseye wouldn't be watching the Avengers, they're already taken care of with the nukes. DP and Bullseye AND OTHERS would be watching humans, and lesser heroes that they can kill themselves.
