Well yeah, that was the whole point.
Don't forget had the ESRB not placed this on a ratings board and if no one had found the achievement list (obviously someone working in the xbox department) then this would have been a complete shock.
Really I'm quite surprised, I think from as soon as you saw the website you would have realised what it was for.
