HULK & JUGGERNAUT vs DOOMSDAY

I can't find the scan where Apocalypse is saying about celestial tech nullifying powers.

war hulk wasnt letting juggernaut push him, where did you get that from. Hulk slowed him down during the push and hulk used his whip and slung him. War hulk would destroy doomsday the guy had celestial tech armor and a big upgrade in strength and speed. Juggernaut did a darn good to fight a powerful enemy like that, which at the end he still didnt lose, hulk was just standing over him. Doomsday dont have the weoponry are the kind of tech war hulk had to handle juggernaut. Doomsday loses with juggernaut alone. I would like to give you another example: imperex disintigrated doomsday and he was no more, when juggernaut was disintigrated he was still walking towards his victim going for the kill while smiling.

and for somebody who is so powerful (doomsday), he seems to get killed a lot.

DC does that a lot. One minute they're taking the whole JLA at once, the next they're in the background getting beaten by the next guy to take the whole JLA at once.

Do you guys realise the JLA at the time was loaded with chumps?

If the current JLA was around when DD first appeared they would have defeated him.

Well that is true. As it is true with any superhero team.

I guess they have to make the stories interesting or nobody would read them.

Well in the latest issue of Astonishing X-men the entire team got their @sses handed to them by some freak.

It just makes the stories interesting.

Team-beating wise, I've heard "beat the JLA by themself" most. Occasionally it's "almost beat."

Juggernaut was plowing through the dessert holding onto War Hulk. Hulk suddenly grabs Juggernaut, and then puts his feet into the ground, and stops Juggernaut. He might of have a strength upgrade but he still did it none the less.

Even Thunderstike has stopped Juggernaut but barley, and took all his power to do so. Afterwards Juggy showed him repect for being able to stop him.

Well the point I was making is that all superhero teams were defeated by a single person at one time or another.

Not just the JLA.

I heard Thing took out the whole JLA by himself.

Seriously though, I don't know.

Has Steel taken out the whole JLA? I said it once then I saw Mider repeated it. Originally it was joke on what seems to be a fad of taking the whole JLA by yourself but if it's true it kind of makes you wonder.

I heard Kyle's taken the whole JLA by himself with something called Oblivion or something like that which he made somehow.
