Lost star Jorge Garcia has shed a sixth of his bodyweight after TV viewers complained his portly frame didn't mesh with the castaway storyline. The 28-year-old, who plays lottery winner Hurley on the drama series about a group of plane crash survivors, lost 30 pounds with the help of a specially designed diet and a fitness consultant.

Garcia says, "I got a personal trainer and stopped living on rum and burritos and started taking better care of myself."
