i dont think your going to get many posts for this : / but ill go with black tom.

Black tom cassidy or Gargamel comic related? No.

Normally I'd pick a wizard, except in the cartoon it is
clearly (and for us Gargamel fans painfully) obvious
that the man is a terrible wizard.
