saltpetre IS potassium nitrate

and my chemistry is gone. we have a subsitute for about 3 months now. 😂

potassium nitrate...release of oxygen at high temperatures....was used to make gun powder at some time. used in making explosives and fireworks, today....

I have tons in my basement, my mom used to be a chemist.

fight club irrelevant..it doesn't mention potasium nitrate....it just has a short dialogue about home made explosive materials...accuracy of which is questionable....
