He is rarely hurt except against the most powerful foes. When is he actually beaten? Even Doomsday has never beaten him. In the GL/SS crosover Cyborg laughed at the power cosmic 😄

Doomsday was immune to the Omega Effect because he was "beyond creation".
DD also caught Darkseid by surprise when he was weakened. Although he shouldn't have because of his cosmic awareness.
