Do you know the name of this movie

I am looking for the name of this movie. It is about a prisoner who is on a prison island and he tries to escape by launching a rebellion against the guards. During this movie there is a scene with a fort that the rebel prisoners take over. Probably the most unique thing about this movie is that there is a hitech computer system that keeps track of where all the prissoners are. Nere the end of the movie the prisoners try to make a bout to get off the isalnd. I all think it might be a prisson camp for former millitary people.

That is an awsome movie in my opinion. I dont think that it is real popular though

yeah......it pretty much bombed.

They keep repeating it on Sci Fi channel in the UK, and it has been on Channel 5.... keep an eye on the skeds and you might catch it...
