batman is definately most popular. almost every superhero knock-off makes fun of him and there has been more mainstream movies about then any other superhero. i cant think of anyone else who has been put in more realities then him or met a wider variety of people. dracula tarzan the hulk sherlock there's been noir and medievil versions alien and predator this list is endless.
