Well, in the distance he is standing next to Beast, but basing on that panel I wouldn't say his arm healed.

Yeah, but Thing and Rockslide were handling him just fine...Colossus would have no troubles.

As for the issue of his arm, whether it's healed or not, they have ways of healing it rather quickly, so there's chances it could be...chances it couldn't.

Colossus has tooled Rockslide a few times. Once while he was formed by rocks from Limbo.

And Colossus has tooled Rockslide...every time.
