Wolverine still wins. He's still got his senses, his healing factor, his enhanced strength, his enhanced speed, and his enhanced agility. I don't see Batman taking the majority here. 🙁

Erm, the highest bench press on record is over 1000, I believe. Of course, that is with bench shirts. The highest RAW lift is like 715. Still WAY over your "limit" of 400. Hell, a guy that goes to my University and works out at the same rec as me has maxed 495 before. I don't know where you are picking these things up.
Scott Mendelson and Gene Rychlak Jr. (from memory, these records may have been broken by now) are the two highest benchers in the world. Scott holds the title at 1,008 pounds, while Gene is right behind him at 1,005. Both have claimed to have hit as high as 1,050 in training, but not on record.
So there goes that.
Anyways, as far as the thread goes? Wolverine is superior physically, and that is Batman's downfall. Yeah, Batman has taken out people that are superior physically due to his superior skill, but Wolverine is not that far behind him.
Bruce has the skill advantage(slight).
and the intelligence.
But Wolverine has Strength, Speed, Reflexes, AND a friggin healing factor.
Unless, of course, Wolverine is susceptible to the Leopard Blow, and Bruce can manage to land it before suffereing too much damage.

Or the Tiger Fist.
Exactly how many one-hit-kills does Batman know? :-P.
Regardless, he would still have to LAND it. Wolverine is faster than Batman, not enough to avoid EVERYTHING, but we have seen Bruce block and counter one-hit-kill blows before, so I'm assuming its not impossible for Wolverine to block them as well, if he couldn't merely dodge it.
Taking into account the one-hit-kills Batman could deal out, I would say Wolverine 6/10. It definitely wouldn't be an EASY fight, but I think he would take the majority.

one hit kills would not work reguardless and wolverine knows his fair share of one hit kills as well.
Perhaps they wouldn't KILL Wolverine, but they might be able to knock him out or faze him enough to be able to have a follow up attack. Once again I'm not saying Batman wins, but it's a possibility. I'll give Wolverine 7/10 here.
