Because that thread has been around for ages and these types of threads always get closed and the makers are told to use the other thread, he should know better than to break KMC rules by making an attention seeking duplicate thread.

Dude...not very many people wouldn't pass...message board rules are generally the same. There are also rules for specific places to post...wouldn't be fair to quiz someone on a forum they don't post in...also, some people are smarter than others, but they don't adhere to the rules as much as the less intelligent ones, but your test theory would keep the rule breakers and ban the rule abiders...in that case...
My point is...I don't know the rules but if given a quiz..I could pass it with no problems....I also try my best to obey the rules.
