Huh - I was wondering where this thread had ended up. I guess I should be grateful that it lasted in the JB forum for as long as it did (and that Raz didn't just delete it 😛 ).

To be fair Clovie, I don't think that yerssot can be blamed if other members of the JB forum have decided to post there less often following his departure; after all, even if the forum has arguably lost its biggest contributor, that doesn't mean that others need to follow suit. I, for one, would love to see former regulars to the 007 forum, such as yourself, come back and post there on a more regular basis. Yerssot himself, I'm sure, did not intend his absence to have these kinds of repurcussions.
And speaking of his departure, I actually spoke with yerssot via PM a few months back about this very subject. And it appears that his reasons for leaving the KMC were much like my own when I said that I was leaving for good back in 2004; as much fun as this place is, it can, for some, occasionally become a bit too demanding and time consuming, to the point that you sometimes feel the need to get away for a bit in order to re-focus on what your priorities are. Admittedly, I'm sure that none of us thought that yerssot would be away so long (it's been almost 2 years now since his last post to the KMC 🙁 ), but I can understand the reasons why. In any case, though, yerssot never closed the door on his time here, and so, as he himself said in his message, we can still all hopefully look forward to his return to the forums sometime in the not-too-distant future 🙂 .
