A Perfect circle is one of the most intense band's I've heard. Their lyrics are so subtle, and just medatative, your drawn in and then, like in the Package, when the bass Come in with the Lound into to the Guitar solo-y thing, your just soo involved, its beautiful. Its comes out and grabs you, and doesn't let go until it wants to.

I'm not gonna say why Tool is intence because AC did it allready

Intence doesn't allways mean hard and fast,
The most intence songs are usually soft and slower, becuase that draws people in and creates emotional attachment.
