If u would watch chapters 19, 20, 21, 24, 25(not sure about 24 and 19) u would see Generals skills and abilities. After that, u would not doubt about his victory. well, not as fast that jedi cant get him, but he avoids push and blaster fire from a ship without any particular problems. but u dont have 2 w8 till the movie. why dont u just download clone wars?
