Nah. Cap is good against normal powerhouses. He isn't at the same level as any powerhouse enforced by magic. Juggy has the crazy magic shield backing himup. Nostrategy can take the shield (yes, this is a double whammy,no triple whammy [ Juggie's actual shield, Cap's famous shield- implying that he's unstoppable, and The Shield, implying that they are unstopably] Why do I go into such detail to explain a dumb joke?? lol). Take away the shield and it could be pretty close.
