Not Haute Tension no. This film is nowhere near as gory, in fact you don't see much gore. People die in a horrible way though, drowning in something that isn't water.

Honestly, if it's a straight to DVD release, then I probably won't be able to guess the title.

It's not just water, they die from drowning in cement. That should do it.
