This happens occassionally. It's within all the size limits. I think it's a bug of some sort and for the life of me I can't remember how to fix it. I think you right click on it and save it to another folder and then upload it from there. I think. Failing that a Mod should know how to get round it. Let me know if you're still getting problems and I can remake it. 🙂

It is an Internet Explorer problem try to upload it with a different net browserer program like Opera or Mozilla.
