Rateing threads

I read this thing were U could "Rate threads" (on the FAQ threads) WHAT IS THIS MADNESS????

ive seen it on other boards, u can like, give it 5 stars if its really good, or like, 1 if it sucks, so ppl can see if its good or bad b4 they read it, but ppl usually dont really rate it and just give it 5 if they like the thread starter, or just the opposite.

Yeah I was trying to get a straight post thingy down and I did it!!
