i don't know much about brainiac 13 is he like the normal brainiac if then than Doom wins this.

doom would download brainiac 13 on an easy listening cd. brainiac has the advantage in knowledge alone. But you can't beat Doc dooms creativity. Besides if technology doesn't work. Doom would just sell somebodies soul that cares for him and obliterate brainiac 13.
