I'm still not seeing why Storm's ability to control and conjure different types of weather is being disregarded. I mean, she can for clouds. To form clouds she need moisture. Even if, for some reason, there is no air inside of Green Lantern's shield, she should be able to get some moisture from the sweat or even just the bodies of her enemies. If you are saying that he can block her power, then you are saying that his ring has the power to make other people's supernatural abilities null and void. I highly doubt that green lantern is THAT powerful. I know he is powerful to a certain degree, but negating others' powers seems highly unlikely. If he could do that, then he would one of the most powerful heros, if not the most powerful.

storm is to weather as pyro is to fire... she manipulates, she does not create...

Not really. Its not that outstanding, and wouldn't make her that powerful, because it would only be useful against Green Lantern. Anyways, I think that Laydii's theory is fairly logical. Its really strange that it says that she just controls the weather, 'cuz doesn't she use her powers inside a building alot of times. Isn't that kinda strange? Why am I talking to myself.

i do understand your point, trust me, but green lanterns fields are one of the most peculiar fields in comics..., its completely self contained (he uses it in space), i'm just not sure storm would be able to affect the interior... 😬
and this is assuming gl and cyclops havent blasted her car already...
