With two phoenix forces, the one most experienced with the Phoenix will win - being Jean. This will be much like Necrom with Anti-Phoenix (a fraction of Phoenix) handling Rachel with Phoenix by manipulating the energies from her person against her.

i know that he doesn't protect her all the time he put wall type things in their mind and if it's xavier than they will be strong. also storm has been told that she is hard to attack telepathically so it will take atleast a second to get storms mind. storm will know the risk of her mind being attacked so she will hit her continusaly until she has won.

Yeah but she won't win, Jean is the more experience. Storm has never been the Phoenix. She'll be struggling already.

Storm's willpower is a combination of training and natural born "talent." It is not an ability per se (as in The Phoenix Force boosts its' host's abilities to infinite levels).
