Hal Jordan V's Frank Castle (fist fight, no weapons of any kind)

two of comicdom's biggest weapon users, but who's better without them?

They're both very good in hand-to-hand combat as well. I don't know. It would be close.

The Punisher by far. Hal Jordan has some fighting experience and training. But the Punisher is completely on another level. He once caught Captain America's shield. Cap called him "one in a million"

castle

Frank Castle his still the punisher to some extent without his GUn

Gl notting without his ring just a average skill human.
