Could she have done as well as Iron Man? Could she have done better?

He may be referring to some more powerful forcefield, possibly composed of the mysterious "Point Zero" energy. I don't know too much about it myself, but it may be possible that it would completely encase her and not let her affect anything outside of it. Apparently this Point Zero energy is very powerful.

You'll probably have to get some confirmation from a bigger Iron Man fan than myself. Just a theory though.

Has she ever gone up against them? Have they felt the power of Storm? I don't think so. Dr. Doom thought he could easily escape Storm, but he didn't. The Phalanx thought it could get pass Storm, and she shattered it. Jean Grey thought she could beat Storm in the danger room, and she didn't. The shishoni mob thought they could defeat Storm and she took them all out. Storm is full of surprises... so next time you wanna say she automatically dies, come up with a better argument please.

I NEVER once said Storm isn't a fast flier. She is. Quite fast. Considerably so, in fact.

Problem is, Rogue is just faster. However, considering Storm's high level of speed and very lengthy disatance, it makes sense that Rogue would not be able to intercept Storm before she reached her goal. That's what was said there.

No offense at all, but Storm would've been murdered by the Collective. Honestly, I think it's a bit of PIS that Iron Man defeated it/him myself. But, he did.

The Collective had, I believe if I remember correctly, all the powers of allllll the depowered mutants. You know who one of those mutants was? Magneto. Amongst others, of course.

Storm would have nothing against him, and would be taken down pretty quickly.

About the Collective?

The collective was all the powers of all the mutants that were depowered (demutified 😛 ) after the House of M story

A low level energy absorbing mutant called Michael (who didn't even realise he was a mutant) absorbed all of this energy when it left the other mutants and became the "Collective"
