He gathered the energy when she was in space. Her powers differ on what evironment she is in. I am talking about stuff she has done on earth. When has she done earthquakes?

Clearly you misunderstood me. At times, you can be very confusing when you write things. And then, at other times, you can be confused quite easily by what someone else posts.

More than enough time for Storm to dodge that. How fast has he ever got it out?

Well it travels at roughly the speed of light... sooo.... there is no way that Storm (or almost anyone) could ever "dodge" it

Not to mention that thanks to Extremis, Iron Man has faster then human reaction speed...so he could fire it before Storm would realize what happened...
