Grand Moff Tarkin

Is Grand Moff Tarkin going to be in ROTS? I saw the pic of the new Grand Moff Tarkin, but he looks almost identical to the actor from ANH.
nor do I see any mention of him in the Star Wars Databank...

That pic was apparently a make-up test.
It was suspected at fake but then LFL ordered it taken off of other websites...Pretty much confirming it in most people's minds as legit.
This bodes well indeed and it has confirmed since that an Ep3 "Tarkin" appearance is on the cards.... ✅

Still enough though to tie him up to the Emporer in our minds for EpIV
though... Something that I always felt a lack of in ANH...
Even in a small scene, they may be able to portray the dynamics/hiararchy between Palps, Tarkin and Vader with more clarity..
