I saw a dps sham smoke a fully buffed paladin in 3 casts.. that would never go for a paladin... which is mostly what annoys me
the fact that out of the entire universe... the two races joining the crew have met up with naaru is completely absurd... but perhaps my standards of lore are too high.. simply because I ask for consistency
No. I meant to say that no matter which talent pane that paladins will decide to major in, they will never specialize in primary skills. They're a
support class, if you had bothered to read my previous post clearly. For example, Devotion Aura can make the cloth-wearers take more hits to kill, as well as the main tank. And since the paladin is a plate wearer (often with a shield too) who can heal, that's one less person for the priest to worry about.
You're not being very specific. I'm assuming that the paladin was Stormstriked out of his pants and that the Shaman there had full +Spell Damage gear, plus buffed with +%Spell Crit.
You stress consistency with the lore of Warcraft, yet not long ago you were banned by a Blizzard Mod from their forums for questioning the validity of whether the Paladin class belongs in WoW?

i agree with ya ther Sat, its a really bad move, the paladin only stands and fights for whats good, and somehow they'r now in alliance with the undead forsaken, you cant just steal the light, blizzard seem to be running out of ideas lately, we dont want pally horde, we want Death Knight hordes, and some new class for the alliance, oh well good thing I try to duel every paladin i see, soon the real deal will start, but it really sucks alliance have paladins and horde shammans and thats one of the main things that makes the factions unique in their own way.
Wrong. The Paladin only stands and fights for what
he/she thinks is good. Have you not played WarCraft III: Frozen Throne? A good chunk out of the Blood Elf civilization is gone. Their capital city was pretty much razed to pieces and their Sunwell abused by Arthas. They're bitter, and they're going insane for magic.
Don't be so shortsighted. Just because you see a Paladin class meddling with the Undead, you automatically think they don't belong? Think again; there's a pretty thin line between the Undead Forsaken and the Undead Scourge. Why do you think they call themselves the Forsaken? It's because it's exactly what they are; they're like possessed people who were made to do evil things, suddenly regain their free will again. Maybe some of them were good humans once, which probably explains the concept of Undead Priests. They absolutely hate Arthas. In fact, Sylvana's Undead swore to get back at Arthas above nearly all other races. And Paladins, they probably hate Undead but they crave power too, thus turning towards the horde. If being allied with Undead who actually aren't evil (Seriously, the abominations in the Undercity giving you directions.) will aid them in their quest for power and revenge, so be it.
No, no, no. What mostly makes each faction unique is the races themselves. Racial traits, capital cities, interaction, quest motives. You name it. I really hope you're not just looking at the surface here to openly acknowledge that there are just diffence classes for each faction.
You don't want "pally horde"? I don't see why the hell they shouldn't be allowed. It doesn't interfere with the lore for those to look into depth with a bit of logic/reasoning. It adds a nice balance to the game in terms of classes.
Oh, final note to Satsujin and TH. Have you noticed that this is a WoW Guild Thread, gentlemen? I don't see you offering to sign up, only that you're in here complaining about violating game lore or iffy game mechanics. So keep this anti-WoW conspiracy garbage out of this thread, there's a perfectly ripe World of Warcraft general thread to talk about this in.
I'll be surprised if you even play this game anymore, the impression you're giving me. Think you know better than the company who made this game and maintains it? Think again.
