Doom would be the Ric Flair of the match. Hiding under the ring with Venom. Then they both run in the ring to push the "winner" over. The Doom saps the symbiote off him and throws Eddie out the ring for the win.

Doom is too arrogant to hide under the ring..... he'd probably just say something along the lines of

"Doom will not sully his hands on you lesser beings"

and walk out of the ring (between the ropes) ...... then run back at the end when there is only one or two left and start smacking them around with his newly made adamantium chair only to be tripped over the top rope by the Rhino
