Super man/Super woman: Super child?

I was thinking...If there's a super woman and a super man, why dont they do it and have a kid? It's impossible for superman to do it with anybody else...and I'm sure he wouldnt mind a kid

Superwoman is not kryptonian. She is the earth3/antimatter universe equivilent of wonder woman
