Human Torch, easily. Extremely easily. Human Torch is way faster, he can fly, he has complete control over heat energy and fire, and Spidey's way to vulnerable. One Super-nova blast, Spidey is vaporized.

i dont think the nova is an arguable case because in most situation he wouldnt be able to use it and it takes alot of effort regardless torch would still win

How many times have they fought and who won every time your beating a died dog.Spidey wins and will win until marvel says other wise.
