With or without prep-time, Thanos. Thanos is essentially Doom to the nth degree.

If only Doom had the prep-time, he might win.

but here is what i see:

Doom: no were near as powerful as thanos,
Thanos: more succesful plans , a lot more powerful.

An easier way to read it would be:

If Doom was the only one to get prep time...he might win.

Thanos is no dumb ass he know doom well and his tricks.

Preptime or no preptime, Thanos takes this. Then again Doom is a very devious and resourceful individual...but Thanos is that and more on a cosmic scale.

Possibly.

Dr Doom works on a global level, maybe even galactic. Thanos is a universal, possibly multiversal villain. He'd squash Doom, with or without prep time.
