Lex Luthor versus the Joker

Lex may have a corporation at his disposal but the Joker usually fears nothing, plus is extremely clever despite his lunacy. He also has a kind of hypnotic influence over people, so he'd probably be able to convince someone to help him. I pick the Joker.

The Joker is no joke, but Luthor is Luthor. He is basically the Joker with less lunacy, a meaner streak, and a penchant for expensive suits. And while the Joker is near-genius in intellect, Lex is genius.
And were it not for Bruce Wayne, Lex Luthor would probably be the most dangerous man on the planet (although Val Savage and Rhas Al Ghul would probably object).
No offense to Harlequin's boo, but the guy who makes Mercy cry mercy is the man.

Joker simply because I like him better, and he's crazy.

Lex would probably make a deal with Joker, and at the meeting, have a sniper shoot him in the back of the head.

is this a fight or lex resourses vs JOker which is not fair.

i whould give this to joker this guy has to many tricks in battle .

While lex wins if he plans this and uses his resource other than that his gone.
