2.Solid Snake Metal gear solid

i agree with lord ryugen sephiroth was the baddest MFER and can take on anyone that stepped in his path except cloud but that was because cloud was stronger than him so in my opinion cloud is the best

I can't think of anymore...except the Lightning Demons from LoK, but they don't have a specific identity really.
