Well I would vote for Doom because he's beaten people more powerful than Gladiator anyway....but....we all know what happened to Gladiator, and I hope people refer to that.

I read somewhere that Gladiator cant hurt. is that true? but then so does Doom

No prep time all Doom's got is his armor and mask. This takes place where Spider-Man and DOc OCk fought in the movie.

Noone knows what weapons Doom's armor hold. That just givs him the edge. Maybe Doom buttnakes vs Gladiator would be better.

On a moving train? I hope Doom doesn't fall off and land on the 3rd rail... with his lips or eyeball.

Doom with his intelligence would reduce Gladiator to a whimpering heap with low self esteem.
