I would say the Western Wall of the Holy of the Holies temple. Very sacred place for the Jews in Jerusalem.

As a Place Jerusalem seems to be one of the most important religious places in the world, seeing as how three major religion are all tied to it.

That depends on your region and what you consider holy.Right now I don't really have one.JM
