Romero would not remake Day of the Dead, though i would like him to. He's busy with 'Diamond Dead' at the moment and plans to make 'Dead Reckoning' in the future, I can't see him going back and remking the third installment again.
Maybe let Tom Savini direct it? He did a decent job of remaking 'Night of the Living Dead'.
Lol.. I did up a 3 page writeup on the film and then got the "no links your a new guy" so basically here is my 2nd go with the brief version
Set in a mental hospital in Pennsylvania, five patients about to be released uncover a secret buried within the compound and unleash a virus (contagium) designed to force Humanity to evolve into powerful creatures capable of astounding feats…and incredible cruelty. In order for this new Human to survive it needs to feed on human flesh: but a bite from these creatures creates a new state of existence, the Creature’s subordinate, the Living Dead. It’s up to our terrified heroes to choose to accept this fate or to fight it, even if it means their own destruction.
The staff for this film post on my boards and say it is 50/50 on hitting theatres. If the film is as good as the people behind it, this film will be a good one. Sorry for the kinda brief reply, got dis-heartened after doing a big long speel adn having it cut off 🙂
