Legion isn't JUST a psionic. He's actually got LOTS of powers, which were divided into each personality. Now they're integrated. So while they're locked in a telepathic/telekinetic battle, Legion sets Exodus on fire. While Exodus is putting himself out, Legion teleports behind him and knocks his head off with super-strength.
