i was going with the normal versions of the characters with no short term upgrades

well she can really hurt people just by touching them. a few times she just made everything go crazy in someones body and they doubled over in pain and were throwing up all over the place and couldn't fight

Iceman has the ability to control the speed of water molecules anywhere within some unspecified range. That includes water molecules inside the human body. That means freezing someone from the inside out.
