t 1000(terminator 2) vs data(star trek)

who would win. i,ve been arguing wit a friend of mine for over a year about dis and weve read every thread on d web and none will give me a satisfactory answer. im sure d t 1000 would destroy data wit ease and most threads ive read agree wit me and my friend is startin to agree but hopefully wit some of your opinions to back me up he will finally admit defeat

I think this has already been discussed, but to keep it short and simple:

T-1000: A war-machine whose sole purpose is search, infiltrate and destroy.

Data: A humanoid automaton, with a super-computer for a brain.

Conclussion: War machine breaks walking computer.

Data is awesome, therefore he wins... j/k, but Data is pretty strong

Data is more intelligent, but the T-1000 can only be harmed in a few specific ways and is very brutal and belligerent...

Does Data get a tricorder and/or a phaser? They are pretty standard.

Even without, Data would probably win. The T-1000 doesn't seem much faster than a human, except for running. Data wouldn't have much problem dodging the bladed attacks.

Being a logical creature, he'd probably determine that physical force wouldn't work on a shapeshifting opponent and figure something out.
