If Surfer is pissed and going all out, those three are f*cked. This might be the only scenario I could see Jugs lasting longer than Supes and Hulk because his powers are magical. Surfer would just drain every iota of gamma radiation and solar energy from Clark and Bruce, then vaporise them, then he'd turn the ground Juggs was standing on into liquid adamantium, engulf Juggs in it, form it into a 70 foot high by 70 foot wide orb with Juggs in the middle, solidify the adamantium, transport it to an uninhabitted planet 10,000,000,000 light years away from Earth, and engrave "I'm Rick James B*tch" on the orb.
Then spray silver cosmic piss on it.
Then find a blunt and an Ayana Angel movie to watch.
