New Signature Limits

ugh, this sucks, bring back the old sig limits, these ones suck, and if members get the new limits the mods should too, its bad enough they get a huge avatar, and now they get big sigs, totally unfair, we must put a stop to this madness 😠

It's not that bad. You can still create badass signatures with these dimensions.

Just be glad we have 'em this big. Other message boards have even smaller signatures.

or none at all. but why did raz have 500X 200 in the first place. surely he can bring back the good old days

actualy. ive just got a new moniter that makes things bigger than they are. my current sig (soon to be changed) looks 700/400. so raz can keep the limits the way it is now. just make sure it doesnt go down to 200/100....

Mods still have to abide by the 450 x 150, only the lines are different, and given there are so few of us, hardly any of which use text in them, it's a non issue.

There are going to be some exclusive allowances for moderators because, well, we're not exactly *typical* members here. It's a perk, and it's common in every facet of business.

I think everyone is forgetting he scaled them down for a reason. I think Raz is pretty independent when it comes to executive decisions, and I don't forsee any changes anytime soon.

If they are "signatures", why aren't people's usernames displayed in the pictures? Again, don't expect any changes, and be grateful for what we're given for a change. If you don't appreciate the changes, then make like Hegemon and leave. All because you can't post some big picture below your post.

Well, bitching about it isn't going to do anything, and if people don't get what they want, they inevitably do one of two things. Give up, or leave. From the looks of it, nobodies going to let up, so how is pretty much calling peoples next move uncalled for?

Don't take it as me saying to literally LEAVE KMC, it's more so me trying to get across the point that nothing's going to change. I thought the tongue smilie would have gotten across that implication.

Losing 100 pixels combined on a stupid picture under a post is reason to sever ties with KMC, and make a spectacle of it? I don't necessarily think so. Compromising on a picture isn't THAT hard. But, their reasons are their own, and that's a whole 'nother story. ✅

kmc is not compulsory... its meant to be enjoyable... if you arent enjoying yourself there's no reason to be here... he might come back, he might not...

whatever his reasons for leaving, they were good enough for him, if you don't agree thats fine, but at least try to see it from his position...

some people take their sigs very seriously, others like you and me don't. that doesnt mean we should ridicule them.

I get the whole signature limit thing. And I have a sig that I made, that I would like to use. But I can't resize it enough for it to work. I posted in the sig forum about it, but nobody has replied back yet. So, I don't know.

I take mine seriously. I'd like to think I conjure up some of the most creative, original ideas on KMC for mine, without even using Photoshop. That said, I keep in mind it's only a message board, and it's only a signature picture.

I'm not ridiculing anyone, I'm proving a point that people take things way too seriously, and if they can't enjoy a message board, which, as I said before, isn't an art gallery for their sig pics, and they can't lighten up, maybe it *is* in their best interest to leave.

IMO, leaving over a smaller signature picture is ludicrous. Now, I've already suggested we drop this, so, let's not engage in the conversation again.
