What if somebody makes a new account on another computer, and then they use their own computer to log in and post and everything?

Wouldn't that make the user's IP address different than their original name, but they would still be able to use their own computer? 😕

For some reason, my ISP said I could have a floating one or pay extra for a fixed IP..
It changes every time I turn the PC and modem off.

You do have shared IP's with about 30 other members. But theres nothing to suggest you're socking....unless of course you want to confess? 😉
