Movie Help

Hi, I'm looking for a movie I saw a few years ago, Um it's from the 90's and its omething about there is a war in heaven, and I only remember that this guy that had the lead rolo, had some sort of vison where he saw alot of angles that had rebeled against god on spikes that where pireced trough them, so what movie is that? and I dont really know for certain but I think that there was a sequal to it, not sure thu, thx for the help

Sounds a bit like The Prophecy, but I'm not sure... Been a while since I saw those. It's a trilogy, so the sequel part is covered. Hopefully one of the oracles here will post a second opinion to clear this up for you.
