Sentry has faced greater foe than Pre Crisis superman too doesn't mean jack shit .

Even someone as powerful as he says sentry is would have to fall before that many "superman clones."

Add the void to the list. And Marvel Comics Eternals are supposedly immortal too, yet many of them have died. So, that shows that in comics, immortality isn't as rock solid as we are led to believe.
