Supershadow said that crap. It's so much bull it's not even funny. The teaser trailer tweaked the audio of a scene where Anakin is kneeling before Sidious out of armor. Hayden talks regular. They lowered Hayden's voice just for the effect of the teaser. Check MilleniumFalcon.com.
