It's about a young boy named Aang who is a reincarnation of earlier Avatars.
There are Air Benders, Earth Benders, Fire Benders, and Water Benders.
The Fire Benders make trouble and are trying to take over other nations and Aang is destined to stop all of the problems and defeat the Fire Nation.
So Aang and his group of friends travel around and experience adventures and that sort of thing while trying to save the world basically.
Aang, being the Avatar can master all of the elements, being Air, Earth, Fire, and Water.
For everyone else, you just know one and that's it.
