His plan was working perfectly. The Titans were having suspicions about each other. Fingers being pointed. His spy had served him well. He had all the inside information on the titans and even knew how to blackmail them and where it would hurt the most to them. I f wanted to he could use them as puppets and have every one against the titans. The wouldn't harm citizens.
He laughed at how his moves carefully put him as a superior.
He laughed.
*So i'm only a teen, one thought and they could be destroyed* he thought to himself
