Browser problems

While im on the net, a damn error appeares saying that the browser(both firefox and IE) has encountered a problem, and it needs to close, and its hows something ending with .dll

Ah, that little prick. I know this error. Try this first. Defrag your computer. If that doesn't help, reinstall your browser. If that doesn't help restore your computer back to a time before you starting receiving the error. Try suggestions 1 & 2 first.

This is not spyware. It's a .dll that is part of a software distribution from Venturi Wireless. Check them out on google as this board won't let me post a URL.
